Fast Weight Loss with juice

Juice fasting can be used for fast weight loss, as much as three to four pounds per day. This amount of loss can happen initially and averages out to around 1 pound per day. This can add up to around 40 pounds a month, and that can really effect a persons life.

The problem is with a juice diet is that even though your weight will drop quickly substantially, but the cravings for junk food like cakes, biscuits and chocolate become very hard to handle. After around 20 days of juice fasting most people are known to crack and stuff themselves with high calorie foods. This will just destroy all your previous hard work.



During a juice fast your digestion can become more efficient. Your colon will become much more cleaner and slightly detoxed. Due to your colon becoming more clean, the absorption of nutrients into the body will increase. Remember, having a healthy body will increase you to burn more calories. People who are healthy tend to eat a lot less due to their more active lifestyle.

Here is a quick juice fast weight loss recipe...

2 cups of water mellon cut into cubes.
2 cups of cantaloupe again cut into cubes.
1 piece of fresh ginger.

Use a blender to blend the ingredients and serve.

I believe in using a well structured weight loss plan. Juice diets are good, as long as they are incorporated into a diet program. I do not recommend sustained juice diets, choosing the correct diet for your needs is a must.
