Jennifer Hudson's Diet and Exercise Secrets for Losing 60 Pounds



Dreamgirls’ Big Girl Jennifer Hudson is now a Skinny Minnie after dropping five dress sizes. The Grammy Award Winning singer and Academy Awardee Actress has signed on as Weight Watcher’s Spokesmodel, and now shares her slimming down experience with the public.

"My new figure takes me by surprise sometimes." She says with a laugh. "I’m like, ‘ Wow! This is what I look like?’. "

Jennifer Hudson’s diet adheres to to the Weight Watchers eating plan. In addition, Trainer to the Stars Harley Pasternak, has placed Jennifer on the Five Factor Diet, which strictly consists of eating 5 portion controlled meals per day. Jennifer cuts out her intake of refined and processed foods and instead consumes palm size servings of protein, fiber, and carbohydrates.

As part of Harley Pasternak’s Five Factor Diet and Fitness regimen, Jennifer Hudson’s exercise routine includes running, squats, push-ups and sit-ups.

Jennifer also does doing circuit training five times a week to build up her stamina and tone her core muscles on the abdominal region.

"It bothers me when I don’t work out." Jennifer shares. "It grew on me."
